We are open Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from  8 AM to 7:00 PM

What facilities does One Motivation have?

We have disabled access, changing room facilities, lockers and showers.

Does One Motivation have free Wifi?

While we do offer these facilities we strongly recommend for our members not to use their mobile devices while training.

What cleaning and safety measures do you have in place?

The health and safety of our members and our team remains our priority, so we’d like to reassure you an enhanced cleaning regime is in place so you can enjoy every training session with us.
– Regularly sanitising equipment;
– Cleaning stations with anti-bacterial spray and wipes are located throughout the facility for your use;
– Sign-ins are mandatory, before you can use our facilities;
– We kindly request members to wipe down all equipment that you use after you’ve finished using it.

Do you offer personal training sessions?

Yes, we do offer Personal Training sessions; please don’t hesitate to ask a member of the team if you would like more information.

What different contract length does One Motivation offer? Can I pay on a month-by-month basis?

We offer daily, monthly, 3, 6, 12 month or rolling options. Please see our pricing page.

How old do I have to be to join?

Members must be at least 16 years old.

How do I pay?

You can pay for your membership monthly via direct debit (additional charges might be in place) or all at once as a lump sum.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership as per our Terms and Conditions
WITHIN 3 DAYS OF JOINING DATE If you are within 3 days of your joining date you can still change your mind. Just let us know and we’ll sort everything out for you. You will not be charged for any usage during this period.
END OF MEMBERSHIP TERM (LUMP SUM PAYMENT) If you paid for your membership in one go (lump sum) and are at the end of your minimum membership length (3, 6 or 12 months) then your membership will automatically end. You don’t need to do anything. We’ll contact you to see if you wish to continue working out with us and can get you restarted.
DIRECT DEBIT BUT STILL WITHIN MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP TERM If your circumstances have changed due to relocation (relocating off the Island of Jersey), redundancy, financial hardship or sickness and you must provide professional documentation to support this, you can apply to cancel for a change in circumstances. One month cancelation fee will be applied . Also your membership level may change depending on what length of your membership period has passed, so there might be additional fees to be paid. You also need to clear any balance on your account. If you have any queries, please get in touch and we’ll gladly help.
DIRECT DEBIT AND HAVE COMPLETED YOUR MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP LENGTH After your minimum 3, 6 or 12-month contract, your membership will continue on a rolling monthly basis unless you tell us you want to cancel it. Please remember to give one full calendar months’ notice, paid at your normal rate – for example, if you want your cancellation to take effect at the end of June, notify us by 1 June at the latest. We will send an email confirmation so please tell us if you do not receive this. You are responsible for cancelling your direct debit once we have processed your cancellation.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership at any time for medical reasons (must provide professional documentation to support this) after your second month of membership. You can freeze your membership for 1 month at a time.

What happens if I miss a direct debit payment?

These things happen from time to time and there will be no penalty if your direct debit is still active and payment is clear in up to 5 working days since you’ve missed the payment deadline, however you will not be able to use our facilities until there is a clear balance.

What happens if I cancel my direct debit payment?

Once your payment is unsuccessful your account will automatically fall into arrears and you will be unable to access our facilities. To continue your membership uninterrupted, you will need to contact us to bring your payments up to date and reinstate your membership.

Does One Motivation allow guests? What is your visitor policy?

You are more than welcome to bring a friend with you; however they will not be allowed to use the training equipment or the changing rooms.

What is your policy on children? Can I bring my child when I work out?

One Motivation does not offer child care or day care. For that reason, our child policy does not allow children to be present with their parent while working out unless the child is a member in our system and meets our minimum age requirements.

I have a complaint; how do I raise this?
